Straddle-Planche is an advanced calisthenics exercise that requires immense strength, balance, and control. It is an easier variation of the Planche exercise, in which the body is held parallel to the ground, supported only by the hands and arms.

In a Straddle-Planche, the body assumes a similar position, but the legs are held apart in a "straddle" position, making the exercise even more challenging. This exercise targets the shoulders, triceps, and core muscles, and is an excellent way to build upper body strength and stability.

To perform a Straddle-Planche, begin in a push-up position, with your hands placed shoulder-width apart on the ground, and your feet lifted off the ground. Slowly shift your weight forward, and begin to raise your hips until your legs are parallel to the ground, and your body is in a straight line. Then, slowly spread your legs apart, holding them in a straddle position while maintaining the plank.
